By accessing or using our game servers, website, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
- Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, logging into the game, or using any Cabal Tanduay services, you confirm that: You are at least 13 years old (or minimum age required by your country). You agree to follow these Terms and all applicable laws.
- Account Responsibility
You are responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities performed under your account. Not sharing, selling, or transferring your account. Cabal Tanduay is not responsible for lost or stolen accounts.
- Server Rules
Players must not: 3.1 Cheating & Exploiting Use hacks, bots, macro abuse, or unauthorized third-party software. Exploit game bugs for personal gain. Modify client files unless officially allowed. 3.2 Harassment & Behavior Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff. Use hate speech, racism, or offensive language. Impersonate staff or other players. 3.3 Real Money Trading (RMT) Real Money Trading (RMT) is permitted under the following conditions: Players may buy, sell, or trade in-game items, characters, or accounts for real-world currency. Cabal Tanduay staff are not responsible for scams, fraud, or disputes between players. All RMT transactions are done at the player’s own risk. Cabal Tanduay reserves the right to intervene if RMT activity: Involves stolen accounts Uses exploits, bugs, or illegal methods Harms server economy or stability Involves chargeback or payment fraud We recommend using trusted middlemen or verified marketplaces if available.
- Game Modifications
Unauthorized DLL injection, memory editing, packet manipulation, or bypassing security systems is strictly prohibited. Custom tools are only allowed if officially approved by Cabal Tanduay staff.
- Virtual Items & Currency
All virtual items, characters, and currency remain property of Cabal Tanduay Online. No real-world monetary value is guaranteed. We may modify, delete, or reset items if necessary for server balance or technical reasons.
- Server Availability
We do not guarantee: 24/7 uptime No data loss Error-free gameplay Servers may be: Restarted Rolled back Shut down for maintenance or updates
- Enforcement & Penalties
Violation of these Terms may result in: Warning Temporary suspension Permanent ban Account or item reset Decisions made by Cabal Extreme Online staff are final.
- Privacy
We may collect basic data such as: IP address Account data Gameplay logs This data is used for: Security Anti-cheat Service improvement We do not sell personal data to third parties.
- Donations
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Donation rewards are virtual items only. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
- Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts or services at any time without prior notice if Terms are violated.
